2019 -20 Student Schedules are posted in Parent Portal.

If an error has been made in the scheduling of courses, the student should contact their counselor (by e-mail) to rectify the error.

Any student requesting a schedule correction, the master schedule is created to accommodate students’ course requests made during registration last spring. Faculty members are employed, textbooks are purchased, and rooms are assigned on the basis of these requests. A schedule adjustment will only be honored if the student has an incorrect course and the student has contacted their counselor.  

Conifer has a schedule policy which states that only changes for “an academic compelling reason” will be allowed. Examples of academic compelling reasons are listed below.  

Allowable Schedule Changes:
1. A student needs a specific class to graduate or as a prerequisite.  
2. The student is in the wrong level class or in a class without the proper prerequisite.
3. The student’s schedule is incomplete.
