Conifer High School Accountability Committee

What is the School Accountability Committee (CHSAC)

The CHSAC is comprised of parents, community members, teachers, staff, and administration. Its purpose is to serve as a cooperative decision-making and advisory team to meet the State and district mandate for school accountability. CHSAC meets once each month to make recommendations, and offer support and direction to CHS administration. CHSAC focuses on balancing Conifer High School's goals: excellence in education, a positive campus environment and student wellness, as well as accreditation and assessment. It addresses specific issues such as student achievement, budget, safety, and maintaining a connection within our community.

Mission

CHSAC serves as Conifer High School's cooperative decision-making, accountability and advisory committee. This group's goal is to be a forum for issues that benefit Conifer High School and its community.

Becoming A Member

Membership on the CHSAC is open to any parent, staff member, or community member who is part of the Conifer High School community. Members are required to attend a majority of the monthly meetings for the duration of the school year. Regular attendance at meetings and committee involvement by members is important to the success of this council. Membership is for one year but not limited to any number of years.
